SETH KROENKE
-
Seth Kroenke is a builder, innovator, and entrepreneur with a deep-rooted passion for concrete construction. In 2012, he founded Remote Alaska Solutions (RAS), establishing it as Alaska’s foremost expert in insulated concrete form (ICF) construction and pioneering high-performance building solutions tailored to the state’s extreme environment. Under his leadership, RAS expanded into a family of specialty companies spanning concrete construction, material placement, and oilfield support services. In 2019, he began R&D on Alaska Precast Solutions, which is now the state’s first pre-stressed, precast concrete manufacturer.
Seth’s journey in construction began with the development of a premier remote fishing and hunting lodge, where he gained firsthand experience in logistics, material sourcing, and project execution in off-grid environments. His time as a commercial pilot operating two air taxis further reinforced his ability to navigate the unique challenges of building in Alaska’s most remote regions.
Known for his integrity, vision, and innovative mindset, Seth is committed to advancing the future of Alaskan construction with stronger, more efficient, and resilient building technologies.
Seth and his wife, Jeelan, have four children and enjoy spending time together hunting, fishing, boating, and snowmachining in the vast Alaskan wilderness.
